I’m Blessed
Would you say that you are blessed? That God has blessed you richly in your life? Many think of being blessed as in being “financially blessed,” or blessed with many “material possessions.” How often have you looked at massive houses, or sport cars, or yachts and thought how blessed those people were to be able to afford such? But do possessions and property make one blessed? If we suffer financial hardship or poor health, does that mean we are not blessed? While material blessings are certainly included in God’s favor (God made Abraham very rich), the Bible ascribes a much fuller meaning to the word “blessed.”
