Are We Teaching Our Boys To Be Men?
We now live in a society that has blurred the roles between males and females. No longer is a woman’s place in the home nor the man’s the workplace. What is this doing to our children? Are we rearing a generation of youth who are uncertain about their sexuality? Are our male children becoming effeminate and our young ladies masculine? There are now no jobs considered inappropriate for women as women aggressively take on the same skills as men. Plus, today, many fathers do not spend a great amount of time with their sons; thus, if the dad is not active in his son’s life, who teaches him to be a man? What can we do to teach our boys about God’s plan for the role He has given them as males?
