Who Worships Who?
Do people want to worship God or themselves today? Many desire to go to worship God, but only at their convenience. I heard last week of a church that was offering Sunday morning worship service on Thursday nights for those who wanted to travel on weekends. There are also many churches that offer services on Saturday. Isn’t that only wanting to worship God at your convenience? Is that worshiping God or worshiping self? Are services not being altered to allow you to do other things on the Lord’s Day? Would that be putting your desires to do what you want before what God desires?
