Invite Someone To Worship!
One of my favorite passages of Scripture from the Psalms is where David said, “I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the LORD!” David was filled with joy when others said unto him, “Let us go to worship.” Is that how you feel about worship? David’s heart focused upon living for and worshiping the Lord. It brought him great joy to hear others inviting him to come with them to do something he already viewed as a holy commandment. Is your heart so focused upon pleasing God that it brings you tremendous delight when others express the same sentiment? A person inviting others to come worship and learn of God was even prophesied in the Old Testament. Isaiah said the day would come when many people would say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” That day of which Isaiah prophesied is today.
