Wonderful Jesus!
Somewhere around 750 B.C., Isaiah foretold the coming of a child who would be called “Wonderful.” Isaiah 9.6 reads, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Wonderful Jesus, every stage of His life was extraordinary! Napoleon said of Jesus, “I know men, and I will tell you that Jesus was not just any man. Everything in Him amazes me. His spirit outreaches mine, and His will confounds me. Comparison is impossible between Him and any other being in the world. He is truly a being by Himself.”
